Maintenance Helper – In-House Mechanic Shop

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Helper to assist our in-house mechanics and help keep our fleet in top condition. This is an entry-level position that plays a key role in supporting repairs, upkeep, and cleanliness of company trucks.

Responsibilities:

Assist mechanics with basic tasks, tools, and shop organization.

Perform routine cleaning of trucks inside and out (washing, vacuuming, detailing).

Help with shop upkeep and cleanliness.

Support preventative maintenance by checking fluids, tires, and other simple inspections.

Pick up and organize parts or supplies as directed.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications:

No prior mechanic experience required; willingness to learn is a must.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Comfortable with physical work, including cleaning and basic vehicle care.

Valid driver’s license preferred.
