Maintenance Supervisor

As a Supervisor you will supervise the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in accordance with company policy and procedures, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Administration, to assure that the facility environment is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Very good written/verbal communication skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Must be knowledgeable in operation of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.

Ability to read and interpret blue-prints, wiring schematics, etc.

Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, maintenance practices and procedures

Must be licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.

Ability to plan and carry out programs in repair, new construction, and equipment installation.
