Maintenance Tech!

We are looking for a self-motivated, personable, and dedicated individual for our maintenance technician position here at Wimbledon Square Apartments where we oversee 150+ units at multiple locations in Lodi.

Full-time Monday through Friday 8am-4pm (flexible) with after-hours emergency calls

Duties include but are not limited to:

Vacancy turnover

Tenant work orders

Preventative maintenance of exterior and grounds

Trash pick-up of grounds

Inventory and supply ordering

Skills with any of the following preferred but not required:

Painting

Electrical

Plumbing

Hvac

Landscaping

Drywall

Dry rot repair

Appliance repair and installation

Carpentry

Flooring installation

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to take a drug test if required

$18-$23/hr depending on experience.
