In this role you will inspect equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.Maintenance Technician Job Duties:

Troubleshoots and diagnoses HVAC, electrical, and mechanical malfunction

Performs general plumbing maintenance and repair associated with potable water systems

Installs, sets-up, and tests new equipment, fixtures, and machinery

Understand and follow all Energy Control / LOTO procedures and can execute LOTO of utility systems

Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent plus 3 years as a maintenance technician

Intermediate knowledge of operation and repair of mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment

Intermediate knowledge of industrial electricity, including single and three-phase power systems

Developed skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Flexibility to work overtime, holidays and weekends as required.

Ability to periodically lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Must have a valid driver's license and able to use their own vehicle to travel between sites (.25 miles)

Shift- 4 pm - 12:30 pm EST, some flexibility for overtime hours, occasional Saturdays too
