Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and contribute to the upkeep of our properties. This position is located in San Diego, California, 92102 at a recently constructed apartment building. This position offers a unique opportunity as it includes housing. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and aesthetic appeal of our residential properties. Your role will involve a range of tasks related to maintenance and general upkeep.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the overall functionality of residential properties.

Perform repairs.

Address tenant concerns and requests promptly and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including hallways, offices, and outdoor spaces.

Execute painting and refinishing projects to maintain the property's aesthetic.

Monitor and maintain proper functioning of essential systems.

Collaborate with property managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all maintenance activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19/hour plus 3-bedroom, 2 bath unit + utilities (at no cost)

Expected hours: 40 per week
