DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.

Conduct routine inspections to diagnose and address potential issues.

Assist with the installation and modification of equipment and systems.

Estimate time and materials for repairs and track work order completion.

Ensure building systems operate efficiently to support energy management goals.

Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Physical capability to stoop, stand, walk, climb, and lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Proficiency in basic work routines and the ability to follow defined procedures.

Communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
