Maintenance Technician / Handyman

We are currently seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician / Handyman to assist with:

Residential home remodeling

Wedding venue maintenance

Airbnb & short-term rental repairs and turnovers

This position is ideal for someone who is experienced, professional, and takes pride in high-quality work.

REQUIREMENTS (Minimum 5 Years Hands-On Experience):

Carpentry

Plumbing

Electrical

Flooring installation

Drywall installation & repair

General maintenance & troubleshooting

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

Remodel and rehab work

Ongoing property maintenance

Turnover repairs for Airbnb units

Preventative maintenance

Occasional emergency repairs

IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST:

Have 5+ years of verifiable experience

Work independently with minimal supervision

Have own tools & reliable transportation

Be dependable and detail-oriented

Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
