Our staff is well-trained and highly skilled, qualities that are vital to maintaining excellence in care and service.ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:Perform general maintenance and repairs of all office, buildings, and medical equipment required for daily operations. The position demands a multi-talented, self-motivated person to perform various jobs. These include repairs of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, light mechanical, general construction, various medical equipment repairs, and other types of work as determined necessary by management. Some clerical skills are required to maintain department records, databases and reports. The purchasing of some supplies and travel to all locations is required, as well as the response to emergency situations.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma (or equivalent) required

Requires:

Ability to be self-directed

Good communication skills

Ability to lift 60 lbs.

Trade certificate(s) to demonstrate skills and experience

Must posses a valid California drivers license, have reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
