As a Manager, Advanced Experience Design, you are a highly motivated, and creative with experience designing intuitive workflows, to apply your world-class interaction design, and In-vehicle information architecture, transforming standard automotive in-vehicle digital functions into innovative mobility user experience. Your role will consist of creating the interaction paradigms and UX system architecture across our digital portfolio. You are in excellent knowledge of combination in digital feature, technology, hardware, interior design, you will be leading the team, deep focusing on conceptualizing design. You will oversee and lead our Advanced Experience Design team and help to grow. The Manager, Advanced Experience Design will report to the Director of User Experience Design.

You Will:
  • Work closely with research, product and marketing team, deeply focusing on the new digital experience trend down to the road in automotive industry
  • Contribute to the concept and production of style guides to establish and drive a cohesive digital product vision.
  • Collaborate with design leadership to translate the brand strategy into the world class digital cockpit concept feature set, user experience and visual language, apply it across multi surfaces of digital products,
  • Work with designers, modularizing the concept design and apply to the production level elements
  • Create interaction paradigms and UX system Architecture, ability to transform complex ideas into simple structure and user centered flows.
  • Apply innovative and progressive problem-solving skills, working with other team members making to the design language and interaction pattern is consistent crossing all product line
  • Oversee, manage, and mentor design team members, healthily growing-up the team size based on the roadmap.
You Bring:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in product or UI/UX design domain
  • Display excellent time management skills and leading team to complete all kinds of task on time or even before deadline
  • Solid knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, also willing to learn new tools.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • You embrace teamwork and partnership, are a receptive listener, and always take an open-minded and collaborative approach to design
  • You're capable of reducing complex concepts and challenges into easily understandable actionable tasks
  • Passionate about design and technology trends.
  • Experience with presenting work, approaches, design states or full execution to stakeholders.
  • Portfolio demonstrating design process and project work
Advantages:
