Our direct client is looking for Manager, BI and Analytics for a full-time direct hire in Cypress, CA 90630 Hybrid - Partial Remote - Partial Onsite (with occasional on-site when needed; few times a month)
- Location: Cypress, CA
- Salary Range: $145k - $160k
- Annual Bonus Potential: up to 15%

- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience in a related field required
- 5+ years of Technical Data/Analytics Management experience in a large enterprise-level environment
- 5+ years of IT management experience required
- 3+ years of experience using modern software delivery practices Agile, Lean Startup, Test Driven Development, MVP, XP methodologies
- Strong SQL and Programming Skills, with experience working with various databases and dashboards
- Experience in data mining and profiling: mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources
- Exposure to emerging technologies such as Big Data, Serverless, IoT integration, AI, machine learning and deep learning preferred
- Experience working in an Innovation Group or Innovation Lab preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Qlik, etc.
- Experience with Programming Languages such as C, C, JAVA, Python etc.
- Experience in integrating, validating , manipulating and analyzing complex datasets from a variety of sources, to provide consolidated and meaningful insights and recommendations
- Experienced working as a technical/functional leader managing stakeholder requirements
- Experienced in managing relationships with vendors, partners, and customers
- Demonstrable knowledge in technology with a focus on software and service products/trends
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project skills
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills; must have the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
