Manager, Business Operations 3

NetApp Cloud Volumes team is seeking an analytical, process, detail-oriented Business Planning & Operations Lead with a strong understanding of the cloud infrastructure as a service business model. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" In this role, you will be working with multiple stakeholders across the organization to provide quantitative support, define metrics, deliver insightful data and analysis, model business scenarios, and solve a wide range of business problems. The principal goal of your analyses will be to drive better business decisions. You will be responsible for translating data into meaningful interpretations and recommendations and, where relevant, implement process improvements. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" You will also work closely with the Public Cloud Services business unit leadership team and with our partner teams (including Finance, Sales Operations, Marketing, and others) to drive our annual planning and operations processes. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Responsibilities: aria-hidden="true" -Manage detailed analysis of NetApp's cloud products for monthly business reviews. Analysis should focus on: what happened, why it happened, interesting anomalies, and strategic recommendations on what we should do about it aria-hidden="true" -Partner with finance and product management to analyze current business performance and build data models to extrapolate current and historical trends into forward-looking revenue forecasts aria-hidden="true" -Identify new metrics for the leadership team to develop a deeper understanding of the business, following through to build a cadence around reviewing the metric and format for visualizing/understanding the information. aria-hidden="true" -Assist with annual planning activities and enable execution of planning throughout the year aria-hidden="true" -Partner with finance and procurement to ensure effective budget management, headcount management and forecasting.
