Responsible for GAAP and IFRS financial statements for global operations in 20+ countries, 15+ currencies, including US, Fiji, Singapore, UK, New Zealand40+ Statutory audits and tax packages annuallyProvide internal and external finance regulatory reports and all government finance requirements relating to audit work (statutory & third party)Record  tax provisions and prepare tax packages that include multiple foreign entities, for both IFRS and GAAP reporting purposesResearch, analyze and conclude on technical accounting issues for GAAP and IFRS, including the preparation of memos that document the Company’s position in a clear, logical and comprehensive manner. Work to implement new Accounting Standards as necessaryManage Accounting related projectsAd hoc projects and other duties as assigned
