DescriptionWorking across the ministry, the position will be responsible for facilitating and advancing activities that promote ongoing improvement in the patient experience. Accountable for the coordination, planning and execution of patient experience improvement projects. Demonstrate ability to organize programs, understand clinic environment and workflows, identify areas of opportunity, and promote a transparent culture that seeks patient feedback. This manager oversees a data driven program collecting, tracking and analyzing quality and patient experience trends for optimizing service outcomes, supports the creation of a strategic vision for the ambulatory setting, communicates system progress on initiatives, and coaches team members to maximize customer service tools and programs to enhance the patient experience. Provides supervision and is accountable for patient relations quality, resolution of patient complaints, identifying trends and developing programs to support core leaders in prompt resolution of concerns. Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Hospitality, Business or related field or equivalent educ/experience

3 years experience with customer service and clinical data analysis and improvement; preferably in healthcare setting

2 years Leadership experience

2 years Demonstrates experience in the philosophy of service excellence, engaging colleagues in solutions management and motivational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Healthcare, Hospitality, Business or related field
