As a result, we are building out our talent acquisition capabilities and are looking for seasoned recruiting leadership professional to drive inclusive talent attraction, selection, and on boarding efforts aligned to a portfolio of business units within the bank. You will have the opportunity to develop new, and enhance existing strategies with a team of recruiters while ensuring an engaging candidate experience to deliver quality talent outcomes.More of what you will get to do includes:- Building relationships and partnerships with varied business units to understand current state, determine future direction, prioritize gaps and identify new, innovative talent attraction approaches.
- Developing and enhancing strategies and processes that effectively advance the candidate through the talent acquisition process.
- Partnering with internal Marketing and Communication to develop and implement social media strategies that enhance awareness and drive talent to our organization.
- Establishing relevant, business aligned measures, and reviewing data to assess the effectiveness of sourcing, selection and hiring strategies and processes.
- A hunger for industry trends and best practices, bringing them to the team and sharing insights relevant to the portfolio of business units
- Leading or participating in various talent acquisition projects to drive optimal delivery.
- Leading, managing, and inspiring a team of recruiters to deliver talent.
- Engaging in executive search opportunities when and where necessary (player/coach).
- Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence partners across all levels in an organization as well as external vendors and service providers.
- Experience with modern talent acquisition technologies and how to activate them to help drive inclusive and diverse talent to our organization.
- Well versed in the current and future recruiting trends, data analytics and KPI's for success.
- Extensive understanding of modern selection and interviewing techniques along with applicable laws.
- Organizational aptitude and the ability to prioritize delivery in the face of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and execute multiple projects on time and within budget.
- Well organized with excellent time management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 7+ years in corporate talent acquisition and/or recruiting agencies, and 5+ years leading a team of recruiters.
