Responsibilities:
Plans, designs, procures, and coordinates organizational talent development programs based on identified needs, and manages relationships with internal subject-matter experts and external training consultants as needed to ensure the delivery to appropriate talent development experiences.
Consults with business leaders, subject-matter experts, and internal partners to plan, develop, and administer learning initiatives, and evaluates existing initiatives to suggest improvements.
Identifies and manages relationships with third-party vendors to support talent development programs. Engages with vendors to establish and implement curriculum; monitors and assesses effectiveness of vendor developed programs.
Communicates and markets internal programs to the business in support of talent development initiatives, including program communications, reporting and analytics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experiencerequired
2+ years in related Human Resources roles, with prior experience working in talent management, performance management and/or learning and development
Experience building and optimizing programs across diverse teams and cultures in a global organization
Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables; must be able to make timely decisions
Creativity and a willingness to challenge existing approaches if there’s a better way
Ability to foster strong relationships with key executives and consult, advise and influence at all levels of the organization
