Jersey Mike’s Subs continues to grow in Southern California. Jersey Mike’s Subs in the Antelope Valley (Palmdale & Lancaster) is looking for qualified full- time Managers to join and lead our team. Your personality needs to be active and attractive, and you must be capable of providing outstanding customer service.

Applicants must:

Have a minimum of 3-years’ management experience in food service as managers

Have the desire to maintain a sharp image

Exemplify punctuality, professionalism & integrity

Excel in competitiveness to achieve operational correctness

Demonstrate urgency to achieve tasks quickly

Have a desire to serve others and provide ego-less service

Enjoy bantering and sharing your life with others

Demonstrate they excel in customer service, scheduling, ordering, multi-tasking, record keeping, communicating, managing employees, team building, systematize thinking, profitability thinking, problem solving, and a working knowledge of P&Ls

REQUIRED SUBMISSIONS

3-years of food industry management experience as a manager

Food Mangers Certification required

Resume required

References required- minimum three

Salary compensation is commensurate with experience
