QA experience
Have experience testing mobile app testing
Strong testing experience in Android and iOS
Creating test plan, test cases and set QA process.
Collaborate with Engineering team to understating the testing requirements and maintain transparency on QA processes and test status.
Report bugs and errors to development teams, and track them through their lifecycle
Conduct all types and phases of testing; functional, non-functional, exploratory, smoke, sanity, integration, regression, system, end-to-end
Work/liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Explaining defects, reproduction steps, test plans, and different quality assurance efforts
Attend development meetings (stand-ups, kick-offs, retrospectives) and design sessions with teams and clients.
Co-ordinate with the offshore team on the testing requests and ensure task are completed.
Should demonstrate strong leadership skills
Good in written and verbal communication
