Position Summary

We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to run inline liner and packaging machines who is organized, dependable, and ready to roll up their sleeves in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This is a contractor (1099) position with opportunities for advancement as the company expands. The ideal candidate MUST be HONEST, GOOD INTEGRITY and GOOD WORK ETHICS who is EAGER to LEARN, takes initiative, knowledge of packaging machines (preferred) and has a STRONG SENSE OF OWNERSHIP OVER THEIR WORK.

Responsibilities

Operation of two machines: Inline Liner and Plastic Packaging Machines

Knowledge of packaging machines preferred. Must be willing to learn and improve skills.

Assist in daily production activities, including setup and materials replenishment, monitoring, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment of the Inline Liner and Packaging machines

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety standards are met

Assist in quality control checks and reporting production metrics

Collaborate directly with the Production Lead and company founder to improve efficiency

Take on increasing responsibility as production scales

Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment (preferred but not required)

Mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools and machinery

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Excellent communicator and team player

Authorized to work in the U.S.
