Candidates will be invited to participate in a working interview at our facility. During the session:

You’ll receive hands-on training on a specific manufacturing process.

You’ll have time to practice the process under supervision.

You’ll then be asked to complete a set number of actions within a set amount of time to demonstrate consistency, precision, and attention to detail.

If you meet the target, you’ll be invited to work the remainder of the day and continue on the contract.

If not, you’ll still be paid for your time during the working interview (at $25-$30/hr) but not asked to stay. This process helps ensure a great fit for both you and our production team while also respecting your time.
