- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering or related technical field. Generally, requires Min. 3+ years related experience.
- Execute Plant Transfer activities (Transfer of Manufacturing Location and Process & Equipment validation – IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Metals & Plastic component Qualification including fixtures
- Experience in Cost Reduction implementation activities (Direct Material Costs)
- Medical device industry in Manufacturing (Process & Product)
- Complete understanding of Metals & Plastic component Qualification including fixtures
- Good experience in leading engineering projects, own up projects to take it from initiation to finish
- Fast learner to grasp the development process at customer location
- Coordinate with suppliers and cross functional teams to ensure project execution
- Handheld medical device design/development experience is a plus
- Hands on experience in cost Reduction implementation activities (Direct Material Costs)
- Practical experience in applying statistical tools & techniques for engineering product development environment
