Job ID: 23-17396 Pay Range: $30 - $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities:
  • Plans and designs manufacturing processes in industrial plant.
  • Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization.
  • Determines parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification.
  • May require a bachelor's degree in engineering and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills – Looking for a manufacturing/mechanical/industrial engineer here with good exp in manufacturing, equipment/machines, factory/plant, layout, assembly methods etc, Bachelor's degree is mandatory, Plans and designs manufacturing processes in industrial plant, maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization, determines parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification.
  • Must have: Manufacturing / Six Sigma / Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
  • Ability to Perform Hands-on Product and Manufacturing Troubleshooting
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication
  • Operating/computer system and software
  • Data Analysis & Problem Solving
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
