Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Salary: Salary + Bonus Description: The Judge Group has an opportunity for a Manufacturing Site IT Lead with extensive technical knowledge within a complex, GxP manufacturing facility. You will manage an IT team for a leading pharmaceutical company based in Thousand Oaks.
Responsibilities include:• Participate in development of the Global IT vision.• Engage in strategic initiatives, planning process, and making technology recommendations to increase operational value • Support all IT transformational initiatives • Ability to communicate priorities driven from Global IT to plant level senior leadership. • Maintain and manage a compliant GxP environment. • Participate in all internal and external audits and provide services • Knowledge of application development, implementations, and end user experience. • Participate in infrastructure decisions and ensure adherence to global corporate standards. • Develop, gather and measure relevant productivity metrics. Qualifications:• Extensive technical knowledge within a complex, GxP manufacturing facility• 10+ years of systems experience including • 4+ year of leadership in a manufacturing environment. • 5+ years of experience in a Sr Business Partner role. • Bachelor Degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
