Marketing Assistant

Description We are offering a part-time, short term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in Goleta, CA. This role involves assisting with various marketing operations within our organization, particularly revolving around our product samples and their management. Your responsibilities will extend from the physical handling of samples to their digital representation in our systems.Responsibilities: Handle incoming sample shipments, including unpacking and organizing Conduct inventory processes for all samples, ensuring accurate records are maintained Prepare and arrange samples for photo shoots, ensuring optimal presentation Utilize Microsoft Applications to manage and track sample inventory and related data Participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertisements and brochures Use CRM and Database systems for effective customer service and to maintain records Utilize EO/IR systems to monitor and manage customer accounts Leverage Facebook Insights and Google Analytics to gain insights into marketing campaign performance Contribute to enhancing brand awareness through strategic marketing activities Deliver excellent customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries effectively.Requirements Proficient in CRM and database management Experience working with EO/IR systems Familiarity with Facebook Insights and Google Analytics Ability to create compelling advertisements for various media platforms Proven track record in increasing brand awareness Experience designing marketing collateral such as brochures Experience in campaign planning and execution Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a team and independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
