Job Description:Optimize and standardize the marketing automation process, including governance implementation to improve platform hygiene and performance.Develop tools and templates to enhance marketing productivity.Onboard and integrate new technology platforms with Eloqua.Provide technical support and guidance for custom campaign builds.Document projects and communicate standard operating procedures.Collaborate with marketing stakeholders for cohesive strategy execution and optimization.Coordinate with sales teams to optimize marketing program impact.Analyze data to optimize workflows and ensure expected performance.Troubleshoot data and workflow issues as they arise.Understand the data flow between systems and identify opportunities for optimization and challenges to data integrity.

Mandatory Skills5+ years of experience in HTML & CSS and JavaScript, including jQuery.5+ years of Eloqua power user experience.3+ years of Salesforce experience.3+ years of Account Based Marketing solution experience.3+ years of experience using SQL queries in a data warehouse.3+ years of experience using Marketing automation and MarTech APIs.Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, or computer science.Analytical skills with attention to detail.Self-starter with the ability to work remotely.Organization skills, adaptable to different work structures.

Desired SkillsKnowledge of B2B marketing innovation and market trends.Project management experience with multiple complex stakeholder groups at a local, regional, national, and international scale.Eloqua and Salesforce user with API knowledge.Familiarity with Business Intelligence technologies.
