Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute strategies to grow the size and health of our CXO and Senior Leadership network & community
  • Design and operationalize audience segmentation, to fuel overall CXO messaging approach
  • Build our digital marketing capabilities for CXO audiences - with defined programs and goals that support contact growth & engagement
  • Lead the global rollout of key programs to enable field campaign execution and effectiveness
  • Drive thought leadership and enable our Field Marketing global and regional teams to track the engagement and contact growth/development of CXOs and Senior Leadership
  • Continually ensure alignment of messaging topics and thought leadership and priorities with Product Marketing and Sales leaders
  • Oversee execution of ABM strategies designed to assist sales in penetrating key accounts
  • Establish measurements & reporting process for CXO & ABM programs and initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:
  • 7+ yrs. experience in marketing programs
  • Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Successful track record of developing and managing ABM campaigns strategy/optimization, execution, & reporting
  • Experience with SalesForce, DemandBase, DOMO, Marketo, data manipulation, measurement, and reporting
