Material Coordinator

2+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics

Proficient with ERP and warehouse management systems

Understanding of international shipping documentation and customs preferred

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Forklift certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in regulated industries (biotech, medical devices, pharmaceuticals)

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement principles

Cold chain shipping experience a plus

High school diploma/GED required
