job detailsWe are seeking a dedicated Material Handler for a temp-to-hire position located in Mira Mar. In this physically demanding role, you will lift and transport heavy items, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and operate various equipment. Your contributions will support our warehouse operations and assist skilled workers.salary: $17 - $18 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 5 AM - 1:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities

Labor-Intensive Physical Tasks:

Engage in lifting, loading, and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds

Handle and transport heavy objects as necessary

Warehouse Responsibilities:

Clean up waste materials (e.g., discarded shrink wrap, pallets)

Complete various other tasks in the warehouse

Work Area Maintenance:

Keep the work environment tidy and organized

Equipment Use:

Operate conveyor systems, heavy machinery, and related equipment

Material Handling:

Assist with stocking, labeling, and arranging materials

Site Preparation Assistance:

Help assemble and disassemble scaffolding as needed

Material Transportation:

Convey materials between different locations

Support for Skilled Workers:

Maintain cleanliness and ensure tradespeople have necessary supplies

Safety Protocols:

Uphold compliance with safety standards and regulations

Additional Qualifications:

Ability to follow instructions accurately

Must possess the strength to lift and relocate required weights

Note: This role is physically demanding and requires stamina and resilience.
