Conducts inspection of incoming assemblies and components according to procedures and technical data

Sets up repair and test facilities.

Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.

Repair as necessary identified units that fail test or tolerance levels.

Assembles fabricated parts, components, or units at floor stations.

Use hand and power tools for part and component assembly.

Ensure short cycle time repairs and returns ensuring quality processes.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have:

High School diploma. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Basic Computer skills for documenting repairs and following work instructions.

Basic experience operating hand tools, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and test equipment

Experience with measuring tools such as: micrometers, calipers, height gage, hydraulic gages, etc.

Accurately read and interpret blueprints and overhaul manuals for assembly purposes
