Molding Process Technician/Injection Molding

Distinctive Plastics, Inc. Vista, CA Is currently looking for a Plastic Injection Process Technicians. Duties are to include:

General Requirements:

Set-Up and Startup of injection molds in molding machines.

Test new jobs.

Insert changes for molds.

tear down molds for inspection or repair.

Change hot runner heaters, gaskets & thermocouples.

Good math and organization skills.

General Requirements:

Able to Lift 55 lb.

Honest individual with pride in his work.

Reliable attendance.

Must be able to work all 3 shifts.

Must have experience of 2 to 5 yrs. as a setup & process technician in a Plastics Injection Molding environment.
