Morning 7.30 am to 9.30 am Placentia Paraplegic

For male paralyzed (spinal cord injured) in 50's Placentia. AM around 7.30 am two hours - Tuesday Wednesday Thursday . Part time but not flexible.

Morning 7.30 am : Wake up patient, give him catheter supplies to cath himself, transfer to shower commode chair using Hoyer ceiling lift, clean up night urine bag. Patient showers himself, help dry lower extremities, transfer back to bed, help dress, do range of motion and transfer to electric wheelchair for the day.

Need to be committed to job, no shows will not be good as totally dependent. Apply only if feel confident to be committed. May exchange days with other caregivers. To work as a team to make sure client is serviced for every shift 7 days a week 365 days a year. Only apply if want to be committed for many years as hard to train the routine to new staff. Training may be given by existing caregivers.
