We are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join us as a Mortgage Loan Processor.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Mortgage Loan Processor to support our in-house loan officers. No prior mortgage experience is required—training will be provided. However, candidates with previous mortgage or processing experience will be eligible for higher starting pay. This position is not remote and requires working in our Anaheim office.

Key Responsibilities

Register new loan files in our loan origination system (Arrive).

Assist with preparing and sending initial disclosures to clients.

Collect, organize, and review borrower documentation to ensure completeness.

Work closely with loan officers to process conditions and move files toward approval.

Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and processors to ensure smooth file flow.

Maintain compliance with company policies, investor requirements, and industry regulations.

Provide administrative support as needed to help loans close efficiently.

Qualifications

No prior mortgage experience required (training provided).

Previous mortgage, banking, or loan processing experience is a plus and will result in higher pay.

Basic computer proficiency required.
