Description:Responsibilities:Will work with multiple entities outside the company and multiple departments within the company to ensure the validation and processing for 203k funds are within HUD guidelines. You will monitor pre-purchase loans to identify initial escrow holdback amounts, validate 203k loan information with lenders, and fund loans. Process 203k loans by working directly with internal groups including: investor accounting, loan boarding, servicing, funding, pricing, and treasury Communicate regularly with external groups including lenders, borrowers, contractors, inspectors, consultants and title companies Work with lenders to manage the borrower rehabilitation project and release funds upon lender authorization Conduct reporting and reconciliation of escrow account balances Complete rehabilitation project management by allocating final rehabilitation funds and closing out loans in FHA connection Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and valuesSkills:Customer service, data entry, microsoft office, mortgage, loansTop Skills Details:Customer service,data entry,microsoft officeAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service experience Must be highly proficient in Excel and WordExperience Level:Entry LevelAbout TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
