- Develop the design strategy and concept, and then execute for high-visibility projects, building the client brand across communications materials
- Drive engagement on client’s ’s social media channels by partnering directly with the global social media team to create engaging, social-first content for client’s LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
- Partner with the internal communications team to visualize the client narrative to create engaging and beautiful video content that inspires global employees
- Create and establish client’s design guidelines for social media creative content, internal communications materials, and more
- Collaborate with external agencies to develop branding for events, campaigns, announcements, and more
- Breathe life into content to help better tell the story of client customers, partners, and executives by collaborating with various stakeholders across marketing and the greater client organization
- Walk hand in hand with our Creative Services team on branding, skill development across multiple styles of design and video
- A passionate storyteller who knows how to take written copy and add the spice and flare to elevate the brand message
- Up to date with the competitive design landscape to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and cultural trends and share these insights with the broader teams
- An experienced designer familiar with working in the Adobe Creative Suite–Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
- Familiarity with developing static graphic design, motion graphics, photo editing, videography, and photography

- Understanding social media best practices when developing creative content
- Knowledge of the Canva Enterprise platform to create designs and templates for others in marketing to utilize
- Proactive and results-oriented mentality, behaving with integrity and speed
- 1-2 years of experience, internship included, in graphic design, motion graphics, videography, photography preferred
- Strong organizational, planning, and project/campaign management skills
- The ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment and must be highly organized and detail-oriented
