Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-time E-commerce Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and helpful assistance with inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to their shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and courteous manner.

Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, shipping information, and returns or exchanges.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive solutions.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.

Quickbooks, Magento, Amazon, Ebay, Reverb & Music Knowledge is a plus but not required.
