2nd Shift Cleanroom Technician

Job Title: 2nd Shift Cleanroom TechnicianJob DescriptionA leading supplier of surgical one-time-use items, instruments, and kits for hospitals and healthcare product manufacturers is seeking a Cleanroom Assembly Packer. Counts, cuts, measures, folds, or otherwise modifies raw materials as per directions found in the Device Master Record, and completes necessary inspections & documentation of quantities, control numbers and other requirements per QS & GMP policy. Performs on-line inspection of each device as it is produced and reports problems to the Production Supervisor for disposition. Seals product in final packaging configuration, using care to follow proper procedures and machine settings for sealer. Prepares packaged work in progress for sterilization. Completes necessary documentation and control numbers per QS & GMP. Maintains proper inventory control procedures including but not limited to; product staging, segregation, and rotation. Performs & documents scheduled facility cleaning per QS. Understands and conforms to proper Clean Room etiquette. Performs other duties as deemed necessary by the Production Supervisor. Contributes to the team effort by completing projects assigned, as needed. Communicate and work well with production, purchasing, quality and management in accomplishing assigned goals and objectives.
