2nd Shift-Sewers- $18-21/hr Start ASAPDescription:These are all in Valve Assembly and need to pass the sewing testPlease let candidates know that these are right handed sewing machines that they will be working with.2nd Shift: 2:30pm to 11:00pmPay: $21Job Description:Depending on what department they go to, candidates should expect/be prepared to be dealing with pig hearts. Cutting away material, some departments will work under microscope/magnifying glass, assembling material, sewing, working with solutions (dipping), and packaging/labeling. All departments are cleanroom environment so candidates must be ok with fully gowning up (no makeup and no jewelry in the cleanroom). Please prep candidates that there will be a formaldehyde smell.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations. Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions. Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s). Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.PRODUCTION SUPPORT CAREER STREAM: Provides support in manufacturing operations and/or distribution centers including assembly, machinery, processing, packaging, and/or distribution of company products. May set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities in machines, with higher levels recommending and/or making adjustments to methods and processes.
