Mandatory Qualifications:1. Three years of experience as a web developer, planning the architecture, design, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and administration of web application infrastructures on-premises.2. Two years of experience leading the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of web portals as well as other custom developed web applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using AWS Visual Studio software development toolkit (SDK). 3. Three years of experience researching, evaluating, and documenting technical solutions including but not limited to:- Web portals- Open data portals- Public facing dashboards4. Three years of experience using Microsoft development toolsets, including Visual Studio IDE, .NET Core framework, ASP.NET Core APIs, ASP.NET Core MVC, Razor Pages, Serverless applications, T-SQL, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and GitHub or Team Foundation Server (TFS).5. Three years of experience using C#, and JavaScript to design, develop, test, secure and deploy APIs (Application Programming Interface).6. Three years of experience designing and developing webbased application with rich user-interfaces using HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript and other libraries such as Bootstrap.7. Three years of experience developing JavaScript to communicate with API to implement application CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations.8. Two years of experience designing and implementing American Disability Act (ADA) compliant web applications. 9. Two years of experience with AWS services and features implementing, EC2 instances, AWS S3 buckets, AWS Transfer Family (e.g. SFTP, FTPS), Configuring IAM Policies/Roles/Groups/Users, AWS API Gateways and AWSLambda. 10. Two years of experience designing and integrating reports on web applications using Tableau or Microsoft Power BI. 11. Two years of experience developing and deploying ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
