Medical Device company seeking an Oracle NetSuite Administrator to be the organizations internal NetSuite SME and guide to junior resources. They will be working with various business units and stakeholders often. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required. They work with 3rd party system integrators.

Contract to Hire with a three month initial contract. The client desires to convert the hired person around the 3 month mark into a full-time salaried employee. This position is

Remote but with a requirement to come to the office once a month in

Irvince, CA with all expenses paid.

Job Description:

Maintain NetSuite to meet the daily operational needs and support strategic projects. Design, implement, and maintain customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business needs including reports, saved searches, dashboards, and workflows. Assist with creation and maintenance of users, roles, permissions, as well as supplier's information. Set up new instances and companies within NetSuite. Oversee transition of newly acquired entities. Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, usage, etc. Responsible for the change management and release process of NetSuite. Implement system upgrades and new processes within NetSuite. Monitor and improve system internal controls. Provide ongoing NetSuite training for company users. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

5+ years' experience as a NetSuite Administrator

Completed at least 2-3 full NetSuite implementations.

Experience gathering business requirements, analyzing requirements, and presenting solutions

Experience working closely with the business stakeholders / users

Incredibly strong technical, analytical and communication skills

Experience with Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply and Financial NetSuite Products

Experience with: configuration, some development and add-ons, troubleshooting, and collaboration with other business units.
