Looking for an Networking engineer interested in applying creativity and a broad skill set toward building interconnected HW for a next generation vehicle charging platform. Work on design, implementation, and testing of the networking stack on ARM based microprocessors controlling high power electronics.- Location: Campbell CADuration: Full time W2 roleSalary plus Bonus and perksSomeone who can Help design the network architecture for all charging platforms platforms to meet efficiency, redundancy and performance goals.- Develop and/or support software for networking HW.- Collaborate cross-functionally across geographies with hardware, system and cloud engineering teams to define and implement specifications, features and protocols.
Must have skills- Expertise in all aspects of 802.3, 802.11 as it relates to an industrial network environment.- Strong understanding of implementing Parallel Redundancy Protocol and Time Sensitive Networking to support industrial networking topologies.- Experience in Ethernet security end to end from chip to OS.- Ability to develop for RTOS and Linux based environments.- Strong motivation to work through engineering challenges.- Enthusiasm for working with distributed teams.- Ability to understand system-wide implications of electronic design and software integration.Requirements- B.Eng, B.Sc or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.- 8 or more years of experience in designing, developing solutions that implement industrial networking topologies.- Confident ability to understand circuit schematics and apply working knowledge of electronics in the bring up and debug of PCBs.- Pro-active, communicative self-starter, comfortable working in a geographically diverse team environment.- Ability to work effectively in an Agile development model and complete tasks/projects with minimal supervision.- ID: #48875167
