• Assess MPLS network core and access layers security and recommend additional network segmentation to mitigate lateral movement by potential hackers. Deploy approved network segmentation approach.
• Conduct security assessments on network devices (including firewalls, routers, and switches) and systems (including 3 rd party systems) to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. Provide firewall rules recommendations to mitigate threats. Deploy approved firewall configuration changes.
• Administration of highly secure Identity Service Engine (Client) for network devices and user access.
• Management of StealthWatch analytics and network threat detection.
• Automation of DNA Center for security patch maintenance.
• Recommend, build, deploy, and manage additional network threat monitoring/detection tools to detect attacks, identify anomalies, collect forensics, and mitigate threats in SOC/NOC.
• Recommend, design, and implement enhanced defense strategies to prevent evolving cyber threats
