NOC Onsite Lead Role to Manage 20 members, offshore team. The offshore team works in a 247 operations model.

Skill set
- Proficiency in Linux administration with shell scripting experience
- Hadoop cluster operational experience on Cloudera Distribution
- Basic knowledge of Big Data technologies like MapReduce, Hive, Spark, etc
- AWS experience specific to EMR, EKS & MSK service including VPC & basic AWS networking skill
- Tools
  - Version control tools
  - Job schedulers like Oozie and Airflow
  - Alerts - Monitoring system tools
    - Timeseries database -Influxdb and Grafana
    - Datadog
- Solid communications skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build or direct the team to be process-focused and cross-functional

Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5+ years experience OR Master's Degree with minimum 2+ years experience in Computer science or equivalent.
- Experience in team or project management
