HIRING ASAP: Line Cook / Prep Cook

We’re looking for quick, focused, detail-driven kitchen pros who thrive under pressure and care about quality. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a clean, fast-paced kitchen with a supportive, high-energy team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Prep fresh ingredients daily—think slicing, portioning, seasoning, and assembling

Cook burgers to order with consistency and care (smash burger experience is a huge plus!)

Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service

Follow portion and recipe standards to keep food consistent

Handle food safely and meet sanitation standards

Assist with inventory restocking and closing duties

Communicate with FOH to keep the kitchen flowing smoothly

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1+ year kitchen or line cook experience required

Smash burger or fast-casual kitchen experience strongly preferred

Strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure

Focused and calm even during high-volume rushes

Passion for real food and clean prep (bonus if you love the seed oil-free mission!)

Team-oriented, respectful, and ready to jump in wherever needed

Must be available for training and pre-opening shifts

Location: 3555 Rosecrans St, #109 San Diego, CA 92110

Pay: Starting at $20/hour + tips

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Shifts: Day and evening shifts available (8–10 hour shifts)

Start Date: Training ASAP prior to store opening
