Customer Service / Order Processing Specialist

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Specialist to support order processing and logistics for our retail customers.

Responsibilities:

Process customer purchase orders, maintain Excel tracking, and manage replenishment and promotional orders.

Coordinate shipments, prepare BOLs, route orders through retailer portals, and schedule carrier pickups.

Handle customer and carrier inquiries promptly and professionally via email and chat.

Investigate chargebacks and identify process improvements.

Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service.

Perform other tasks as needed to support team and company goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in Customer Service, Client Services, or Sales preferred.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Experience with carrier scheduling or retailer portals preferred.
