Job Overview:

$20/hr + $1,000 BONUS per deal

(Monday–Friday | Part-Time | 20 hrs/week max)

The State Property Organization is hiring reliable flyer distributors to help expand our marketing campaigns across Los Angeles and nearby areas.

Your job is simple:

➡️ Walk neighborhoods and drop flyers door-to-door

➡️ Track each flyer but tagging on our app.

➡️ Get paid $20/hour — plus a $1,000 bonus for every closed deal that comes from your flyers

Job Details:

$20/hour (paid weekly)

Monday–Friday only

Up to 20 hours per week

$1,000 bonus per deal

No selling, no talking — just drop flyers

Must be reliable and have your own transportation

Requirements:

Must be 18 or older

Able to walk several hours per day

Dependable and punctual

Must have your own car or reliable ride
