We’re looking for reliable and detail-focused Day Porters in the OC area to join our team. In these roles, you’ll be responsible for keeping our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for tenants and visitors. We need proactive team members who take pride in their work, handling daily custodial duties and supporting the upkeep of our commercial spaces.

Duties Include:

-Carry out regular cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas such as offices, restrooms, hallways, and shared spaces.

-Perform floor care tasks—including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing—to keep surfaces neat and presentable.

-Support the cleanliness of exterior spaces, including building entrances and walkways, as needed.

-Track cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is required to ensure adequate inventory.

-Address cleaning emergencies and special service requests from staff or management in a timely manner.

-Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures to maintain a secure and healthy work environment.

Experience:

-Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or facility care is preferred.

-Strong eye for detail and commitment to maintaining top-quality cleanliness standards.

-Knowledge of floor care practices and equipment (such as buffing machines) is an advantage.

-Capable of handling physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

-Effective at managing time, working independently, and collaborating with a team when needed.

-Self-motivated with a proactive approach to keeping facilities clean and well-maintained.

-Experience in general maintenance or residential painting is a plus, though not required.

Pay: $18/Hourly

4 hour shift

Monday to Friday
