We are proud recipients of the Perinatal Care Certificate of Excellence and a Certificate of Excellence for Hip and Knee Replacements.ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the Cardiac Conditioning Supervisor the Cardiac Conditioning Nurse is responsible in coordination with the Exercise Technologist for facilitating the routine operations of the cardiac rehabilitation program. This position is also responsible for initial physical assessments of patients and ongoing assessment of medical status throughout the recovery process. Performance Appraisals are completed in collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Executive.· Performs total body and system assessment each shift/visit according to unit standards.· Care of Patient: Including planning implementing evaluating and educating· Utilizes technology procedures protocols standards and interventions· Performs legible timely concise and accurate documentation according to policies and procedures. QualificationsMinimum:· 1 year RN experience in an acute care facility· Recent experience in Cardiac Rehab or related field· Knowledge of proper activity guidelines techniques and principles of exercise therapy· Telemetry Monitoring experience· Current CA RN licensure· Current AHA BLS and ACLSPay Range$65.29 - $79.28 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
