Nursery Operations Assistant (Bilingual)

We are looking for a responsible individual who is organized, self-motivated, is fluent in both English and Spanish (read and write), and who is a good communicator.

We are in the nursery (tree) business and are located between Rancho Santa Fe and Rancho Bernardo. This is an IN-PERSON position and is NOT a remote position.

We need someone who is willing to work both inside and outside, who can be a liaison between the office and the field.

This is a full-time M-F position starting at 7:00am

Pay is $20-$30 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

There is room for growth.
