- Engage with customers on technical issues related to their cloud service subscriptions
- Troubleshoot Azure Cloud & Office 365 services while providing guidance according to best practices
- Track and monitor support cases to ensure resolution and follow-up
- Escalate critical client issues to the appropriate level of management and engineering expertise.
- Conduct yourself in a professional O365 Support Engineer manner to nurture client relationships throughout the client lifecycle.
- Recommend Cloud solutions according to the customer’s technical requirements
- (Bachelor’s degree preferred) or HS Diploma
- 3+ years experience supporting Azure Cloud platforms in a client-facing capacity
- Moderate knowledge of Azure Cloud, Office 365, ARM, Exchange, Azure AD, Teams, Defender, and other Cloud products
- Moderate Knowledge of Azure services and non-cloud products such as Azure Connect, and Windows Server (Preferred)
- Experience supporting multiple, simultaneous engagements both internally & externally.
- Licensing knowledge & certifications are a PLUS+
