Mandatory Qualifications:1. PROSCI certification2. A minimum of five (5) years of experience providing OCM services for a large-scale IT project for a public sector entity. “Large-scale” is defined as a total project value of at least $10 million. The project value must be identified.3. A minimum of five (5) years of experience as an OCM Lead/Manager assessing, identifying and providing outreach (e.g., awareness building, resistance mitigation, information gathering, proactive problem solving,proactive communications), identifying and providing resistance mitigation to large group of internal stakeholders and stakeholder workgroups via forums and other resistance mitigation techniques. 4. A minimum of five (5) years of experience marketing a project across a variety of digital channels. 5. A minimum of five (5) years of experience building trust with and guiding stakeholders through the change process by building awareness and understanding of changes and impacts; securing the commitment to change from those impacted and verifying operational readiness of affected employees and their department(s).
