Description Our client who is a dynamic and dedicated non-profit organization is looking for a self-driven and highly organized individual to join their team as an Office Coordinator. The right candidate should ideally have a customer service background, be able to work with minimal supervision, and deliver high-quality administrative support.Primary Responsibilities:

Carry out day-to-day office duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and assisting employees as necessary.

Ensure office supplies are adequately maintained, and spaces are organized.

Check and Sort mail on a daily basis.

Provide direction or guidance to external partners as needed.

Manage parking and liaise with maintenance as needed.

Assist with catering and event planning tasks.

Familiarize with vendors to harmonize operations.

Use Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel for data entry, and other clerical tasks.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

At least 1-2 years of customer service experience.

Able to handle high volume of visitors daily.

Transitioning to a corporate role is a plus.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (especially MS Excel).

Excellent customer service skills.

Must be presentable and reliable.

Must be punctual, committed, and not require micro-management.

Working hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role is completely on-site with no flexibility options.The nonprofit organization promotes inclusivity and equal opportunity employment.
